This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the VHR Store on https://vhrlabs.com, operated by Virtual HR Advisor Labs / Virtual HR Labs (“VHR Labs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadable Bundles)
VHR Labs sells digital products only, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable toolkits, templates, frameworks, and digital bundles.
All sales of eBooks and downloadable digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once access or download has been provided. This applies even if the product is unused, partially used, or downloaded unintentionally.
Exception – Genuine Technical Download Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, please email us at vhrlabs@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it by re-sending the download link or providing alternate access. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only if the issue is verified as genuine and cannot be resolved. Refund decisions are final.
Books Purchased via Amazon
Some books promoted on the VHR Store redirect customers to Amazon for purchase. Payments, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds for these purchases are handled entirely by Amazon and governed by Amazon’s policies. VHR Labs does not process payments or deliveries for Amazon purchases and cannot intervene in such transactions.
Incorrect Purchases
Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, change of mind, incompatibility with personal expectations, or failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting us first may result in suspension of access to purchased products and restriction from future purchases. Customers are encouraged to contact vhrlabs@gmail.com before initiating any dispute.
Pricing & Offers
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional or discounted products are non-refundable. Bundled products are treated as a single digital purchase.
