Virtual HR Advisor Labs / Virtual HR Labs (“VHR Labs”) uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and advanced analytics to support surveys, diagnostics, assessments, and benchmarking services. This notice explains how AI is used and how your data is processed. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI as described below.
Purpose of AI Use
AI may be used to analyze survey and diagnostic responses, identify patterns and trends, generate benchmarks, summaries, and recommendations, and support research, learning, and organizational insights. AI is used to augment analysis and does not make final or legally binding decisions about individuals.
Data Processed
Depending on the survey or diagnostic, AI may process survey responses, open-ended text inputs, demographic or role-based information if provided, organizational data, and usage or interaction data. Where possible, data is aggregated and anonymized.
Human Oversight
AI-generated outputs are subject to human review and contextual interpretation where appropriate. Decisions based on insights remain the responsibility of the organization or user. AI does not independently determine employment or legal outcomes.
Data Privacy and Security
All data is processed in accordance with the VHR Labs Privacy Policy. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied. Personal data is not sold or used for unrelated purposes, and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
Lawful Basis and Consent
Under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, processing is based on your explicit consent and, where applicable, legitimate interest for analytics and service improvement. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
Data Retention
Identifiable data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Aggregated and anonymized insights may be retained for research and benchmarking.
Your Rights

Voluntary Participation
Participation in surveys and diagnostics is voluntary. You may skip questions or discontinue participation at any time unless participation is contractually required by your organization.
